These Terms and Conditions govern your use of eCare Home, a service operated by Solocubes Tech Private Limited ("eCare", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to or using eCare, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

eCare Home provides trained care executives who conduct structured home visits to elderly individuals in Bangalore, India. We document health vitals, provide wellbeing check-ins, assist with life administration, and report to registered family members. Our service is a membership subscription billed monthly.

2. Non-Clinical Care — Not a Medical Service

eCare Home is NOT a medical or healthcare provider. We provide non-clinical care coordination. Our care executives are not doctors, nurses, or licensed medical professionals. We observe, document, and alert — we do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical or nursing treatment. In a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately (dial 112 in India).

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance per elder enrolled. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (for Indian payment methods) or Stripe (for international cards). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@ecarehome.in. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No visits are scheduled after cancellation. 5. User Responsibilities

By using eCare, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and health information for the enrolled elder
  • Ensure a safe and accessible environment for our care executives
  • Not request care executives to perform medical procedures
  • Treat care executives with respect

6. Service Scope

Visits are conducted within our pilot service zones in Bangalore. eCare reserves the right to reschedule visits due to circumstances beyond our control (illness of care executive, safety concerns, severe weather). In such cases, we will notify the family and schedule a replacement visit.

7. Limitation of Liability

eCare Home's liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid for the relevant period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from information provided to or by third-party medical providers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
